We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Deposit Mobilizer Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose The Deposit Mobilizer will be responsible for attracting and maintaining deposit customers, growing the institution’s deposit portfolio, and developing strong relationships with individuals, businesses, organizations, and other potential depositors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential depositors and business opportunities. Mobilize deposits in line with assigned monthly and quarterly targets. Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers. Monitor customer accounts and encourage continued deposits and renewals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and deposit mobilization activities. Promote the institution’s deposit and investment products to prospective customers. Identify and acquire new deposit customers through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and other business development activities. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the institution’s policies and regulatory requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly deposit mobilization target Deposit portfolio growth. Timeliness and accuracy of submitted reports. Customer retention and renewal rate. Conversion rate of prospects to customers. Number of new deposit customers acquired. Number of qualified leads generated. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of [HND/Bachelor’s Degree] in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills. Good knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition strategies. Previous experience: in deposit mobilization, sales, marketing, banking, microfinance, or business development is an advantage. Target-driven and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
