You will bridge client expectations with technical execution by designing workflows, scripting evaluation harnesses, analyzing failure modes, and optimizing conversational interactions. Are you an experienced Conversational AI Solutions specialist with deep understanding of human communication, natural language processing, and the ability to craft engaging and informative chatbot conversations. Responsibilities: Agentic Architecture Design: Design multi-agent workflows, contextual prompting strategies, function/tool calling routines, and RAG architectures. On-Site & Technical Collaboration: Work independently at client locations to demonstrate technical behavior and collaborate with backend developers on integrations. Conversational UX: Design natural human-AI interaction flows optimized for user experience: and task completion. Testing & Evaluation: Write Python scripts and evaluation harnesses to systematically test outputs, identify failure patterns, and improve agent accuracy. Client Engagement & Requirements: Interview stakeholders, map enterprise business processes, and translate requirements: into structured AI agent capabilities. Qualifications & Technical Skills Analytical & Testing Mindset: Ability to define test scenarios, debug failure modes, and iterate on agent performance.
