We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer/Video Editor to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Stay updated on current social media video trends and creative content formats. Capture property tours, client testimonials, events, and promotional content. Ensure all video content reflects the company’s brand and professional image. Add appropriate music, captions, transitions, graphics, and other elements to videos. Develop creative concepts and visual ideas that effectively promote the company and its properties. Create engaging videos for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns, and corporate activities. Handle video editing from raw footage to final production. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for the company. Requirements: Strong storytelling and creative skills. Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. A portfolio or samples of previous work is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Real estate content creation experience: is an added advantage. Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and sound.
