Key Responsibilities: Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to market. Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards. Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality. Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology,or a related field. 4 – 6years' experience: in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing. Proven experience: managing food products from concept to commercial production. Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes.
