Through technology and data-driven systems, Datharm supports governments, development partners, and communities in delivering impactful health interventions. Job Summary Datharm Foundation is seeking a qualified and experienced LGA Supervisor to support the implementation of the MCHTrack Digital Engagement Tool – Immunization Zero-Dose Innovation Project in Malammadori Local Government Area, Jigawa State . The successful candidate will coordinate project activities at the LGA level, supervise field teams, engage key stakeholders, ensure high-quality data collection, and contribute to improving routine immunization coverage and reducing the number of zero-dose children. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Community Resource Groups (CRGs) and Routine Immunization (RI) Providers across Malammadori LGA. Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to health facilities and communities. Monitor the use and data quality of the MCHTrack mobile application. Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical support to field teams. Coordinate project implementation with PHC officials and other LGA stakeholders. Represent Datharm Foundation at LERICC meetings and other coordination platforms. Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly project reports. Escalate operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Support training sessions, monitoring activities, and project evaluations. Eligibility Requirements: Educational Qualification Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any of the following disciplines: Public Health Community Health Nursing Environmental Health Epidemiology Statistics Social Sciences Any other related field Higher qualifications will be an added advantage. Residency Applicants must: Reside in Malammadori LGA , Jigawa State, or possess strong knowledge of the area. Be willing to work within local communities. Experience: Candidates should have: At least five (5) years of experience: in primary healthcare programme management. Experience: supporting routine immunization programmes. Experience: conducting supportive supervision. Experience: working with government institutions and development partners. Previous supervision of community health structures such as CHIPS Agents or Volunteer Community Mobilizers (VCMs) will be an added advantage.
