Key Responsibilities: Submit regular project progress and system performance reports to the Managing Director. Mentor and train junior staff to improve their skills and knowledge. Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for major projects. Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and Company procedures. Assign tasks and supervise project execution to ensure quality and efficiency. Test and commission systems after installation to confirm performance. Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules in line with Company objectives. Review and approve system designs and technical proposals prepared by engineers. Advise Management on new technologies, market trends, and product improvements. Solve complex technical issues and provide guidance on troubleshooting. Ensure client training is delivered after project completion. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and records. Oversee the installation of solar PV systems to ensure they meet technical standards. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work. Work with the Sales team to design solutions that meet client needs. Lead and manage the solar engineering team, including engineers, technicians, and installers. Attend client meetings to explain technical proposals and answer technical questions. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors for technical support. Salary N250,000 Monthly.
