Provide clinical mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to beneficiaries within SRHIN's mental health programmes, while contributing to community mental health awareness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support community mental health outreach, education, and stigma-reduction activities Conduct psychiatric/psychological assessments and provide evidence-based treatment and therapy Develop and implement individualised care and treatment plans Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records Collaborate with the broader health and research teams on mental health programme design and evaluation Provide clinical supervision and support to junior mental health staff, where applicable Refer clients to appropriate specialist services as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience: Valid practising licence/registration with the relevant Nigerian professional body (e.g. Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, or Association of Clinical Psychologists) Strong ethical grounding, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in working with underserved populations.
