Job Type: Part-time (1–2 days per week, renewable based on performance) Description GHI is seeking to engage a Human Resources Officer to support the implementation of HR policies and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, and compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and initiative in supporting a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with GHI’s goals and values. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Support employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff and management as required. Assist in implementing performance management processes and staff feedback mechanisms. Coordinate training and staff development initiatives to enhance employee capacity and growth. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records and documentation. Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable organizational culture Qualifications and required experiences A Master\'s (required) and Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience: in a Human Resources role. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor regulations. Proficiency in HR software and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Odoo, Slack, or similar). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Commitment to GHI\'s mission and values.
