We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Operations & Transformation Manager Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description The Business Operations & Transformation Manager will serve as the COO's execution partner, translating strategic priorities into coordinated programmes, measurable milestones and completed outcomes. The role builds the discipline needed to move the organisation from a person-dependent, manually coordinated business to a structured, scalable, technology-enabled institution; actively coordinating execution, closing operating gaps and ensuring every priority has a named owner, deadline and definition of done. Your core mandates would be; Institutionalise critical processes, SOPs and decision rights Provide the COO with accurate, concise, decision-ready operating information Drive the organisation's transformation portfolio Coordinate cross-functional delivery and resolve dependencies Strengthen executive execution and accountability Qualifications & Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience, including significant time in banking, fintech, payments, consulting or another complex regulated environment Demonstrated delivery of cross-functional transformation, with strong programme/project management and process/operating-model design experience: Experience: working directly with executive leadership, with working familiarity with risk, internal controls and corporate governance Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Technology or a related field; relevant postgraduate degree or professional qualification is an advantage Skills & Competencies: Ownership and relentless follow-through.
