The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and a willingness to actively support classroom activities, student care, and daily learning experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood education: and eager to contribute to the growth and development of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in implementing daily classroom activities and learning experiences. Assist in preparing and organizing learning materials, classroom resources, and Montessori activities. Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Provide support to children during lessons, playtime, meal times, and other daily routines. Supervise children and promote positive behaviour, respect, and good social skills. Assist with classroom observations and support children’s learning and developmental progress. Support outdoor activities, creative projects, and school events as required. Foster warm and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Assist with arrival, dismissal, and general classroom transitions throughout the school day.
