Working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Commercial, and Compliance teams, you will help translate business requirements: into product features, coordinate delivery across teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology, thrives in cross-functional environments, and wants to build products used by millions of consumers. Key Responsibilities: Product Management Gather business and customer requirements: and translate them into clear product requirements: and user stories. Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap. Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements. Assist in defining product specifications and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and data. Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities. Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Identify risks, communicate issues, and help resolve delivery challenges. Prepare regular project status updates for leadership. Support product launches, testing, and post-launch reviews. Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Assist with API integrations and partner onboarding projects. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities. Support product documentation and process improvements. Partner & Stakeholder Management Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements: and communicate project progress. Coordinate implementation activities with technology partners and clients. Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items. Build strong working relationships across teams. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience: in Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, or a related role. Experience: working with software development teams. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: in fintech, digital lending, banking, payments, or financial services. Familiarity with APIs and system integrations. Exposure to data analytics or machine learning products.
