We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Radiographer Intern Location: Ughelli, Delta Employment Type: Internship Job Summary We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radiographer Intern to join our radiology team in Ughelli. This role provides hands-on clinical experience: in diagnostic imaging services under the supervision of qualified radiographers and medical professionals. Key Responsibilities: Follow all departmental policies, hospital guidelines, and professional ethical standards. Help ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of radiology equipment and imaging rooms. Observe and adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards at all times. Assist with patient reception, preparation, and positioning for radiographic examinations. Support the handling and storage of imaging materials and consumables. Participate in training sessions, supervision, and continuous learning activities. Support senior radiographers during imaging procedures such as X-rays and other diagnostic scans. Provide courteous guidance to patients regarding procedures and preparation requirements. Assist in organizing and managing radiology records and imaging reports. Accurately record patient details and imaging information while maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements: High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Strong interest in diagnostic imaging and patient care. Currently graduated from an accredited Radiography programme. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
