Key Responsibility Ensures HSE regulations are followed, encourages safe working practices in the workplace, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel. Verifies that all procedures, specifications, and standards are followed. Ensures awareness with KPI requirements: Ensures the implementation of JRA’s, PTW, mitigation measures, safe work practices, housekeeping etc, in line with COMPANY policies Follows performance of works at the power plant (respect of specification and best practices). Maintains and applies knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes to ensure optimal safety during site activities Assists the preparation team by giving any technical support for preparation of the jobs In the Focal Point for Safety matters in the CONTRACTOR Organization Serve as an HSE contact within the facility and provide leadership and technical support on HSE programs in the designated area Shall ensure that the workplace is safe, fit for all hot work activities.
