Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Depot Receiving & Intake: Verify waybill, invoice, other relevant documents, and quantity loaded Ensure the booking of received stock into the inventory system immediately Loading & Issuance to Wholesalers: Support the finance team in ensuring “no loading without confirmed payment/credit approval” Reconcile daily loading report vs sales/AR report Stock Control & Reconciliation: Support full physical inventory verification count as needed Prepare Daily Stock Position Report: Opening + Receipts − Sales − Losses = Closing Investigate all stock variances above pilferage, meter error, temperature, evaporation, etc Track slow-moving products.
