Key Responsibilities: Teach core subjects in accordance with the approved school curriculum. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Primary 5 pupils. Support pupils' social, emotional, moral, and personal development. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, tests, and examinations. Work collaboratively with other teachers, school administrators, and support staff. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding pupils' academic and behavioural development. Participate actively in staff meetings, training, school events, excursions, and extracurricular activities. Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Maintain effective classroom management and promote good behaviour and discipline. Identify pupils who require additional academic assistance and implement suitable interventions. Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and pupils' progress. Assess pupils' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and support. Perform other teaching and administrative duties assigned by the school management. Requirements: and Qualifications Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc./B.A. ,OND, HNDor an equivalent recognised qualification in Education: or a related field. Passion for teaching and genuine interest in children's learning and development. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of primary school teaching methods and curriculum delivery. Good written and verbal communication skills. Previous teaching experience, preferably at the primary school level.
