Who We Are Looking For We are seeking lawyers who possess both technical competence and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate should: Have 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience: Have strong experience: in corporate and commercial legal drafting Demonstrate excellent legal research and analytical skills Be intrinsically motivated and committed to continuous learning Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and sound judgement Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Be capable of managing multiple assignments effectively Enjoy solving complex business problems Aspire to build a successful business in the future Key Responsibilities: Corporate & Commercial Practice Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters Draft and review commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Shareholders' Agreements Prepare legal opinions and advisory memoranda Assist in corporate restructuring and capital-raising transactions Property & Real Estate Transactions Draft and review real estate documentation, including Deeds of Assignment and Lease Agreements Conduct property due diligence and verification Prepare and file perfection documents Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance Draft board resolutions, minutes and other corporate documentation Support regulatory compliance and statutory filings Assist in developing governance frameworks and internal corporate policies Client Advisory & Business Development Interface professionally with clients and regulatory agencies Participate in client meetings and transaction discussions Contribute to business development initiatives Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and continuous learning activities Work Environment This is primarily an office-based role located in Ibadan, Oyo State.
