We need someone who can identify conversations worth joining, understand audiences, build meaningful relationships, create engaging content and translate digital attention into partnerships, fundraising, advocacy and real-world impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day posting across all CHDFNigeria social media platforms. Develop and execute monthly content calendars with the Multimedia Team across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Actively engage with other pages and accounts through comments, replies and collaborations. Identify trending topics, sounds and conversations early and connect them naturally to CHD and CHDFNigeria's work. Bring creative ideas and energy to social-media-led fundraising campaigns. Engage organisations, healthcare professionals, influencers, policymakers, potential partners, donors and communities. Grow following and engagement across platforms, using data to understand what is working. Lead the Multimedia Team and ensure communication remains aligned. Identify and nurture online relationships that can develop into partnerships, collaborations, donations and other opportunities. Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Our ideal candidate: Has a degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Marketing or a Health-related field. Has successfully grown a page, brand or personal audience and can demonstrate real engagement. Enjoys being visible, interactive and conversational online—not simply posting content from behind the screen. Is proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite and analytics platforms. Is familiar with AI content generation and animation tools. Is self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently. Has a passion for health, humanitarian work or non-profit communications, a strong advantage. Medical/health-related background is a strong advantage.
