This person must have HND or BSc in Engineering. The job responsibilities: include Collaborate with design, civil, structural, and architects to determine the specifications of the project. Investigates structural damages and prepares estimated cost of repair, prepares reports pertaining to the progress of design, construction and other agencies. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. direction, or from a general assignment of an area of engineering responsibility Determine and define scope of work deliverable and predict resources needed to complete project. Determine needed (manpower, resources equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Issue progress updates as needed regarding deliverables, costs and timelines. Represent the Company in major meetings Participates in the design, preparation and checking of construction plans, site investigations, cost estimates, specifications, and reports Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Ensure site build works are done in compliance with all relevant site build safety codes and guidelines Prepares preliminary and final designs for complex projects from written/verbal Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. Manage site design, civil & construction schedule and activities Review and make recommendations in relation to equipment to effectively and efficiently deliver projects and resource requirements: to CBC Any other assignment from the Management. Supervise the work of laborers, engineers and give them guidance when needed. Assist to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
