It is not a conventional internal HR, general recruitment, programme coordination, public relations, or stakeholder-engagement position. Success in this role is not measured by the number of meetings held or events attended. It is measured by the quality of employers acquired, the hiring opportunities secured, and the number of programme participants successfully placed. We are seeking a commercially minded relationship builder who can open doors with employers, understand their workforce requirements, and turn employer conversations into measurable hiring outcomes. You will own the employer pipeline from initial prospecting and pitch through agreement, vacancy generation, candidate matching, placement, and partner retention. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience: in employer engagement, B2B business development, partnership management, staffing or recruitment client acquisition, workforce development, employability, career services, or a related field.
