The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience: throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints. Follow up with customers on requests, complaints, orders, and service issues. Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Prepare customer service reports and provide feedback to management. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify recurring issues. Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers. Follow company customer service policies and procedures. Attend to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Requirements: Experience: handling customer complaints and enquiries is an advantage. HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience: in customer service, front desk, sales, or a related role. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service tools. Ability to communicate professionally with different types of customers.
