Ensure prompt and complete resolution of client inquiries and complaints. interface with customers concerning AVR/UPS status and provide detail report of findings. Installation of Earthing and Lightning Arrestor Systems Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards. Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power system. Perform preventive maintenance on UPS and AVR provide recommendations pertaining to UPS and electrical systems on site, subject to ratification of the UPS Team lead. Installations of Surge Protection systems {Class-1, Class-2 & Class-1/-2 Compactable}. Installations of Solar Power System System. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards. Review electrical drawings, prepare scopes of work, and manage electrical projects. Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, recondition, and installation of service low and high voltage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. Evaluate and ensure each project meets specific viability and building criteria. Attend meetings with Client and Sales Team/ provide corrective solution to site issues. Requirements: Provide on-the-job training to electricians and other trades as assigned. Knowledge of single line electrical drawings. Understanding of commercial power supply, UPS and generator interface. Demonstrated technical skill and competence pertaining to UPS and AVR Familiar with the Electrical Code and site implications. Ability to improvise when best solutions are not available. Develop and submit site reports pertaining to UPS and AVR. Must operate within division policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives Do not have phobia for height. Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures Possesses Knowledge and skills to operate electrical diagnostic equipment/Analyzer and provide recommendations based upon equipment diagnostics. Possess Electrical/UPS OEM training desired (Kstar/Liebert/Emerson, APC/MGE,EATON/Powerware, Siemens, and ABB UPS). Thorough knowledge of electrical drawings and schematics.
