We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage plumbing, carpentry, laundry equipment, refrigeration systems, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure. Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to operational standards. Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts and equipment. Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure quality maintenance services. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment, and building systems. Requirements: 5-7 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
