Job Summary The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in coordinating daily operations, supervising multidisciplinary technical teams, ensuring efficient plant performance, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Electrical Engineering , with working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial ICT/automation , and demonstrate sound leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years cognate experience: in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment. Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, industrial automation, ICT systems, power distribution, and maintenance practices . Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary technical staff and coordinate maintenance activities effectively. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, as well as supporting basic industrial ICT/automation systems. Experience: in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day factory operations. Supervise electrical, mechanical, and ICT/automation maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
