This role requires a confident relationship manager who can lead cross-functional teams, coordinate onsite operations, and serve as Kraks Media's trusted representative at the client's location. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day relationship with the client, building trust and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, managing expectations and providing proactive solutions. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of integrated marketing, content, and communication projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Digital, Production, Strategy, and Operations to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard. Supervise the onsite content team, driving collaboration, accountability, and performance. Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Review and coordinate creative outputs, ensuring they align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and Kraks Media's quality standards. Prepare project reports, campaign performance updates, meeting summaries, and presentations for client and internal stakeholders. Identify and resolve project risks, operational challenges, and client concerns before they impact delivery. Represent Kraks Media professionally during client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions while identifying opportunities to strengthen the partnership and grow the account. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Digital Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management within a marketing, advertising, media, or communications agency. Experience in managing high-value client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams. Good project management, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience delivering integrated marketing or content campaigns. Willingness to relocate to Liberia and travel within Africa when required.
