Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial models Support strategic decision-making through insights and recommendations. Track performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis Financial Reporting: Consolidate financials across plants or subsidiaries in the region. Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and company policies Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Cost Control & Efficiency: Analyze cost drivers (energy, logistics, raw materials). Monitor production and operating costs in cement plants Drive cost optimization initiatives Compliance & Internal Controls: Manage relationships with auditors (internal & external). Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Strengthen internal controls and audit processes Cash Flow & Treasury Oversight: Monitor working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) Support treasury in funding and capital allocation. Ensure liquidity management across the region Business Partnering: Provide financial insights to support pricing, sales, and investment decisions Partner with plant managers, operations, and commercial teams Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership.
