We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our hotel team. Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Work closely with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer service. Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with the hotel's policies and standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, tour operators, and other business partners. Develop packages, promotions, and sales campaigns to attract new and returning customers. Generate corporate accounts and negotiate competitive rates and contracts. Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry functions to promote the hotel. Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of existing and prospective clients. Handle client complaints and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly. Promote the hotel's rooms, conference facilities, restaurant, events, and other services. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Follow up on leads, enquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities.
