Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization. Develop and implement the hospital's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Financial Management & Reporting: Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning. Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Revenue Cycle & Cost Management: Monitor departmental budgets and ensure effective cost control measures. Develop strategies to improve revenue generation and reduce financial leakages. Oversee billing, collections, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management. Compliance, Risk & Governance: Lead internal and external audit processes. Develop and maintain robust financial controls and risk management frameworks. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, financial laws, and tax requirements. Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and procedures. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Collaborate with department heads to support operational and strategic objectives. Participate in executive leadership meetings and strategic decision-making. Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
