The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, updating the DMS/inventory system, and ensuring that physical stock aligns with system records. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory / DMS Officer to support our warehouse and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, record and document incoming stock. Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory control policies. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records. Update the DMS/inventory management system in real time. Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth stock movement. Support stock audits and inventory verification exercises. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports. Ensure proper labelling, arrangement and storage of inventory. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages or excesses. Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or critical inventory items. Monitor and accurately record all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, dispatches and returns. Requirements: Must be reliable, honest and accountable. Good communication and organisational skills. OND, HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability. Experience: with DMS, ERP or inventory management software is an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 1–2 years of experience: in inventory, warehouse, storekeeping or distribution operations is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
