The role coordinates banking relationships, Form M, PAAR, NXP, Letters of Credit (LCs), and customs documentation, while leveraging AI tools and SAP to improve documentation, tracking, and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with CBN foreign exchange regulations, Nigeria Customs Service requirements, and applicable trade policies. Coordinate with banks, customs brokers, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely shipment clearance. Utilize SAP and AI tools to automate documentation, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting processes. Maintain accurate digital records of banking and trade documentation for audit purposes. Manage day-to-day banking relationships, trade finance transactions, and banking documentation. Process and monitor Form M, PAAR, NXP, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and other import/export documents. Identify opportunities to improve trade finance and banking processes. Prepare regular reports on trade finance activities, shipment status, and banking transactions for the CFO. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience: in trade finance, banking operations, or import/export documentation. Hands-on experience: with Form M, PAAR, NXP, Letters of Credit, and Nigerian trade finance processes. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: using AI tools for document management and process automation. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Good knowledge of CBN foreign exchange regulations, Nigeria Customs procedures, and Incoterms.
