We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: ELV Technician Location : Victoria Island, Lagos Key Roles / Responsibilities: Follow blueprints to ensure that wiring and equipment are installed correctly. Identify electrical / ELV problems with a variety of testing devices. Identifying faults or hazards. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, inspect ELV components. Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extra low voltage system systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, Public Address system, access control, Smart lighting and HVAC Control. Troubleshoot and repair of all ELV equipment using hand and power tools. Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures. Responding to fault requests. Qualifications and Experiences Commitment to safety and quality. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience: as a ELV maintenance in a facility management sector (preferred). Very good communication & organizational skills. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification. Ability to work in confined spaces.
