We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented Research Assistant to join its team. The Key Requirements: Conduct primary and secondary research on relevant markets, industries, customers, and business opportunities. Research potential customer segments, particularly traders, SMEs, and business owners. Gather, organize, and analyze data from reliable sources to support business decisions. Analyze research findings and translate data into clear and actionable insights. Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
