We are looking for a dedicated Loan & Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can balance meticulous loan processing with a proactive approach to business development and customer relationship management. Responsibilities: Processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits. Maintain and update account records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop referral networks and explore alternate channels to enhance customer acquisition. Cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain trust relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process. Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, and company policies. Marketing our various products. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification of an SSCE, HND, and B.Sc. Degree Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be based in Abuja. N181,000 - N350,000 / Month.
