We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Account Executive Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: of Account Executive Daily post transactions into the enterprise solution (Odoo system). Daily review and follow up on inventory entry posting. Monthly review inventory reports from the wholesales outlets. Daily maintain records for company wide sales. Perform other adhoc duties as may be assigned by management. Daily retrieve bank balances and submit the same to management. Weekly analyze expenses for review by the accountant. Daily confirm customer payment for the sales outlet Weekly Collate Petty Cash report from the sales outlets for review by the accountant. Monthly perform bank reconciliation statements for all card accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Requirements: He/She must be attentive to details The candidate must be willing to keep pace with the use of modern accounting control tools, procedures and practices. Excellent communication and writing skills. The new staff must possess at a minimum foundation stage of ICAN or ATS 3 with a Bsc in accounting. The ideal staff must be ready to multitask given the environment of a startup Demonstrate willingness to learn on the job and follow through a professional career path. The new staff must be conversant with the use of accounting and/or Enterprise solutions (Odoo, SAP, Sage enterprise solutions). Salary N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
