Tova HR Advisory is supporting a growing organisation to hire a Human Resources Officer who will join as the organisation’spioneer HR professional. What you’ll be doing Support employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees. Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, contracts, and HR records. Establish and manage core HR processes, policies, and systems. Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable employment requirements. Build the foundations of the HR function as the organisation grows. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. What we’re looking for Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree Experience: developing or implementing HR policies, processes, or systems. Someone who ishands-on, proactive, organised, and comfortable building structure from the ground up. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or standalone HR professional. Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance. Experience: across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and HR administration.
