We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Recruiter Location: Trans-Amadi, Rivers Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. We need a strategic Recruiter who understands that Recruiting is a Sales and Marketing function. Responsibilities: Research and identify target companies that align with our recruitment niche and service offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements. Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights. Set up automated workflows that trigger based on prospect behavior (opens, clicks, replies). Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles, segmented by skill set, seniority, and industry. Track all requirement activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports. Own the email marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates, and deliverability. Requirements: Demonstrate track record of bringing in new client accounts not just managing existing ones. Hands-on experience: with Email Marketing tools: You must have built and deployed campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Instantly.io. Vast knowledge on Email Marketing. Must be Tech Savvy. Experience: using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to manage sales pipelines. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field with 2 - 3 Years of proven experience: in Recruitment, preferably a Recruitment Agency or high-growth Startup environment.
