We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketing Officer to support the company’s sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and market visibility. The candidate should have a good understanding of the construction industry, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that attract potential clients and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and other key industry stakeholders. Follow up with prospective clients and leads, track business development activities, and provide regular reports on marketing performance and opportunities. Support the preparation and submission of company profiles, marketing proposals, presentations, expressions of interest, and tender documentation. Monitor construction industry opportunities, including new projects, tenders, and procurement activities, and provide relevant updates to management. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online marketing platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of the Nigerian construction and Real estate market is an added advantage.
