This is a high-impact senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished project professional with proven experience: managing complex industrial or manufacturing projects from inception through execution and completion. A leading multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major greenfield factory project in Abuja, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Conduct project/site meetings and monitor project progress. Lead the overall planning, coordination and execution of the project. Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements. Provide regular project reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Own project timelines, budgets and delivery milestones. Manage project risks and ensure timely mitigation. Drive successful project completion within agreed timelines and budget. Manage engineering/design teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers. Coordinate construction, installation and commissioning activities. Requirements: Experience: in can manufacturing/factory setup is an added advantage. First Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline. At least 7 years of relevant experience: in manufacturing. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Minimum of 17 years of professional experience. Experience: in manufacturing operations, particularly production and maintenance. Experience: with greenfield/brownfield factory, plant or industrial projects is highly desirable. Proven end-to-end project management experience. Strong experience: managing contractors, vendors and engineering partners.
