Key Responsibilities: Entrepreneurial Execution: Identify operational bottlenecks, propose innovative solutions, and take direct ownership of special projects with minimal supervision. Strategic Assistance: Act as a strategic partner to the Executive, prioritizing business tasks, managing key projects, and ensuring high-priority initiatives are executed flawlessly. Workflow Optimization: Streamline administrative processes, track department KPIs, and ensure executive directives are followed up and completed across teams. Executive Communication: Draft high-level briefings, correspondence, reports, and presentations; serve as a professional liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex travel arrangements, high-stakes meeting schedules, and executive logistics seamlessly. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field (Master's or MBA is an advantage). Core Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, exceptional problem-solving ability, command of verbal and written English, discretion, and advanced proficiency in modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management software).
