Spot recurring customer pain points and help build better internal standard operating procedures. Professional advice and sales of new and used cars as well as interstate transport sales to optimally meet the individual needs of our customers. Efficient design of allsales processes and customer management activities with a high degree of service orientation. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing customer base through regular contact and individual support. Creating video updates for customers and insurance during key transport milestones. Produce short, professional vehicle handover videos and assist with content for customer-facing platforms. Oversee office staff and manage daily operational activities. Your profile Bachelor`s Degree. Extensive knowledge of cars. Ideally, first experiences in vehicle sales, customer support or banking (Not compulsory) Accurate work,diligence, and a sense of responsibility with high intrinsic motivation.
