We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Community Manager / Digital Marketer Location: Gbagada, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, schedule, publish, and manage content acrossFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies. Develop compelling copy, campaign concepts, captions, creatives, and short-form video content that communicate the organisation’s programmes and value proposition. Managepaid advertising campaignsacross Meta and other relevant digital advertising platforms. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and other interactions in a timely and professional manner. Track and analyse social media and campaign performance using relevant analytics and advertising tools. Develop content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across all platforms. Knowledge of Graphic Design tools (eg., Canva, Adobe, etc) is an added advantage. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion strategies. Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences. Must have completed NYSC Must reside within Gbagada and its environs Must possess B.Sc / HND in any Social Science related or relevant field Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
