The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for MEPF & ELV projects. They will work closely with project teams to minimize costs, enhance value, and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze costings for tenders. Undertake cost and Tender analysis for company’s projects Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks. Value completed work and arrange payments. Document progress, materials and reports on project Follow up to ensure deliverables are being created on schedule Assist in preparation of plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports. Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Project managers, design department and/or the client. Arrange payments to suppliers and sub-contractors Assist in establishing client's requirements: and undertake feasibility studies. Assist in tracking changes in plans or constructions, update budgets. Make valuations and ensure quality control of work done Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience: in the building services industry with a focus on Electromechanical, Firefighting, HVAC, plumbing and Extra-Low Voltage systems projects. Professional certification with Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (QSRBN) and other Professional bodies will be an added advantage. University Degree in Quantity Surveying.
