Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports. Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience: in sales and marketing. Female candidates Demonstrable experience: in social media management and digital content creation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
