The Kitchen Assistant supports the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors. Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards are followed. Keep the kitchen clean, including washing utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients). Support smooth kitchen operations at all times. Help with arranging and storing food items and supplies. Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas tidy. Assist in setting up the kitchen before service and cleaning up after service. Requirements: / Qualifications Experience: is not compulsory – training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness. Willingness to learn and take corrections.
