We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Time Officer Location: Gujeni, Kaduna Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Responsible for accurately monitoring employee attendance, working hours, shifts, overtime, leave, and time records while ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and improving attendance and time-management procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports. Maintain accurate records of shifts, weekly offs, holidays, and employee movements. Verify timesheets and overtime records before submission for payroll processing. Support payroll by providing accurate and timely attendance information. Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance and timekeeping records. Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of employee time records. Manage biometric attendance systems and resolve attendance discrepancies. Monitor adherence to working hours and company attendance policies. Coordinate with HR, department heads, and supervisors to resolve attendance issues. Prepare attendance data and reports for management review. Track employee working hours, late coming, early departures, absences, and overtime. Requirements: Experience: with biometric attendance systems and HR / payroll software. Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 2–5 years of relevant experience: in timekeeping, attendance management, or HR administration. Ability to work with confidential employee information. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
