We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Territory Growth to lead commercial growth through finance sales. The role involves managing field sales teams, driving loan origination, building dealer partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Set and manage sales targets, incentives, and performance reporting. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and other teams. Provide strategic input on market positioning, growth opportunities, and client engagement. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase repeat clients and loan volumes. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and referral partners. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Mentor and develop the field team to build a high-performing sales culture. Ensure sales activities comply with credit policies, regulations, and governance requirements. Drive disbursement growth in line with business objectives. Lead and manage Territory Development Officers (TDOs) and Territory Development Managers (TDMs) across Nigeria. Maintain strong dealer relationships and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Requirements: Proven experience: leading field sales teams and marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and improving client satisfaction. Strong understanding of asset finance/leasing and consumer/retail finance. 5–7 years’ experience: in commercial leadership, preferably within financial services or vehicle finance.
