Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to drive the company's digital presence through engaging content creation, multimedia production, and strategic social media marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Manage the company's content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across all digital platforms. Produce engaging reels, promotional videos, product demonstrations, interviews, and corporate event coverage. Edit videos, photographs, and digital content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms. Carry out any other duties assigned by Management. Capture high-quality photographs and videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and other media equipment. Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign analytics, recommending improvements where necessary. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to improve content performance. Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the company's products and services.
