Implant Staff (Documentation Officer) Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience: 2 years Location Lagos Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain Job Summary The Implant Staff (Documentation Officer) will be responsible for managing, processing, verifying, and maintaining logistics-related documentation at the client's/assigned location. The role requires close coordination with the client, internal operations team, riders/drivers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that all shipments and deliveries are properly documented and accurately processed. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, detail-oriented, computer literate, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, process, verify, and maintain all shipment and delivery documentation. Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments. Receive and review waybills, manifests, delivery notes, invoices, proof of delivery (POD), and other relevant documents. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, properly filed, and easily retrievable. Track shipments and update records regularly to reflect their current status. Coordinate with riders, drivers, warehouse personnel, operations teams, and clients to resolve documentation issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly documentation and operational reports. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems. Ensure proof of delivery and other supporting documents are properly captured and submitted. Identify discrepancies in shipment records and escalate unresolved issues promptly. Follow up on missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documentation. Assist with reconciliation of shipment records and delivery documentation. Maintain confidentiality and proper custody of company and client documents. Ensure compliance with company documentation procedures and client-specific requirements. Provide timely updates to the Operations Manager/Supervisor on documentation-related issues. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Education: A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in logistics, supply chain, administration, or documentation will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience: in documentation, logistics operations, administration, warehouse operations, courier services, or a related field. Previous experience: working in a logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain company is highly desirable. Experience: handling shipment records, waybills, manifests, PODs, and related logistics documentation is an added advantage. Other Requirements: Must be highly organised and detail-oriented. Must be proficient in using computers and basic office applications. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism. Must be willing to work at the assigned client/implant location. Must maintain a professional relationship with the client and represent the company appropriately. Must be willing to work flexible hours when operational requirements: demand. Must be able to handle confidential client and company information responsibly. Must be available to resume within the required timeframe.
