We work with partners and volunteers to create long-lasting impact and meaningful change. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Programs, Partnerships & Grants Coordinator Location: Kano Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Programs, Partnerships & Grants Coordinator to support the Foundation’s programs, funding opportunities, partnerships, reporting, and monthly community initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the Foundation’s information on GlobalGiving and similar platforms, identify and apply for grants, competitions, and awards, communicate with relevant organizations and partners, and support the planning, implementation, documentation, and reporting of community programs. Responsibilities: Manage and regularly update the Foundation’s profiles, projects, and reports on GlobalGiving and similar platforms. Identify and apply for local and international grants, competitions, awards, and partnership opportunities. Monitor application deadlines, requirements, submissions, and follow-up actions. Support efforts to improve the Foundation’s GlobalGiving rewards, ranking, and organizational profile. Prepare project proposals, progress reports, impact stories, letters, presentations, and supporting documents. Communicate with government institutions, NGOs, companies, donors, and potential partners. Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Foundation’s monthly community initiatives. Collect beneficiary data, attendance records, photographs, testimonials, and evidence of project implementation. Maintain organized databases, reports, correspondence, and project files. Follow up with partners, volunteers, beneficiaries, and service providers. Perform other program and partnership-related duties assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Public Relations, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Strong written and spoken English. Good report writing, proposal writing, research, and data-entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to use online platforms, forms, databases, and document-management tools. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to participate in community programs and field activities. Experience: in an NGO, charity, grants, partnerships, fundraising, or community development role is an advantage. Experience: using GlobalGiving or similar fundraising platforms is an added advantage.
