This role entails strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery in line with company policies and delegated authority. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all EPCIC operations and project execution activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Resource Allocation: Allocate operational resources effectively to meet project requirements: and organizational objectives. Planning and Expenditure Approval: Approve operational plans and expenditures within delegated limits, maintaining control over project costs and schedules. Personnel Management: Recommend the appointment and deployment of project personnel to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right projects. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Recommend and select vendors, subcontractors, and service providers to support project needs. Risk Management Escalate major commercial, contractual, financial, and operational risks to senior management for appropriate mitigation. Strategic Management: Propose and recommend strategic investments and operational improvements to enhance project delivery and organizational growth.
