They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, commercialize premium assets, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-impact sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive leasing and commercialization of premium commercial and retail spaces. Lead sales and marketing initiatives for luxury residential and commercial assets. Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Sales & Marketing team. Achieve aggressive revenue, occupancy, and business growth targets. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, or Lifestyle businesses. Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and closing high-value commercial deals. Strong experience in strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and contract negotiations. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
